Premium & Subscriptions
Piano Tree Premium unlocks the full library and advanced practice features. You can start with a free trial and manage billing on web, iOS, or Android.
What Premium unlocks
- •Access to all pieces and books (no lock icons)
- •Upload your own sheet music (MusicXML / MXL)
- •Unlimited Sightreading Tests (free users get 2 attempts per day)
- •Advanced practice tools and Premium desktop options such as soundfont / audio quality (where available)
Plans
Typical individual plans:
- •Monthly Premium — billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial
- •Yearly Premium — billed yearly, with a 7-day free trial
On the web, educational options are also available (Teacher monthly/yearly, and custom School / Organization pricing via Contact us).

How to subscribe (by platform)

Deleting your Piano Tree account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel with Apple, Google Play, PayPal, or Stripe (depending on where you subscribed) before deleting your account if you want billing to stop.
Free trial
New subscribers can often start a 7-day free trial. You'll also see a Premium suggestion at the end of first-time setup — choose Start free trial or Not now.
Redeem codes and coupons
- •Native apps (iOS / Android): In Settings → User Data Management, enter your code and tap Redeem. On iOS this opens Apple's offer-code flow; on Android a valid code applies a discounted Play offer. You may be asked to choose Monthly or Yearly.
- •Web – PayPal: In the payment modal, tap I have a coupon, enter the code, and Apply.
- •Web – Stripe: Promo codes can be entered during Stripe Checkout when offered.
Restore purchases
On iOS and Android, use Restore Purchases in Settings if you reinstalled the app or signed in on a new device and your Premium status didn't return automatically.
Managing or canceling
- •iOS — App Store → Subscriptions → Piano Tree
- •Android — Google Play → Subscriptions → Piano Tree
- •Web (Stripe) — manage via the Stripe billing portal from the Subscribe / account area
- •Web (PayPal) — manage in your PayPal account / subscription settings
