Give Feedback
In-App Feedback
Use the "Give Feedback" button on a song's header (also available from Settings) to:
- •Report bugs
- •Suggest features
- •Share other ideas
When you send feedback you can choose:
- •Type of Feedback — Bug / Issue, Feature Suggestion, or Other Suggestions
- •Specific Area (for bugs) — Piece Related, Settings, Playback, MIDI, Audio, User Interface, Performance, or Other
- •Description — what happened and how to reproduce it
Optionally enable "Send Settings and Device Data" so we receive your current settings (input type, timing, read-ahead, cursor options, and more) and device type. Song context (book / set / song) is attached automatically when you report from a piece.
My Feedback
Open the "My Feedback" tab to see past reports, their open/closed status, and any replies from the Piano Tree team. A badge can appear on Give Feedback when there's an unread reply.
